Smart Irrigation & Robotic Mowing

Put your yard on autopilot. Weather-aware watering and robotic mowing, designed into the landscape — not retrofitted and forgotten. Built by the same crew that does our hardscape work, so the infrastructure gets planned from day one.

Three Tiers of Service

Pick what fits your yard. We design the rest.

💡

Smart Irrigation Install

Rachio or RainBird smart controller, drip and rotor zones, and a master valve that shuts the whole system down before a storm. Designed into hardscape projects or installed standalone on established yards.

🤖

Robotic Mowing Install

Husqvarna Automower (or equivalent) with buried perimeter wire, docking station placement tuned to your yard, and full app configuration. Wire is routed through bed lines and paver joints so it disappears into the design.

📅

Monthly Monitoring + Maintenance

Optional monthly subscription: controller firmware updates, drip line flushes, seasonal schedule adjustments, mower blade and battery swaps, and a written water-use report. Catches small issues before they show up as dead zones.

How It Works

From site walk to autopilot in four steps.

01

Site Walk & Audit

We walk the property — water source, existing zone coverage, sun exposure, lawn size, slope, and the parts of the yard you actually want dialed in. No obligation, no surprise add-ons.

Most yards are surveyed in under an hour.
02

System Design

Controller selection, zone map, wire layout, and docking-station placement. If a robotic mower is in scope, we route the perimeter wire through bed lines and paver joints so the install is invisible from above.

Engineered before anything touches the ground.
03

Professional Install

In-house crew pulls the wire, mounts the controller, sets up the docking station, and commissions the whole system end to end. One crew lead, one point of contact, no handoffs to subcontractors.

Most installs wrap in a single day.
04

Monitor & Maintain

Optional monthly subscription: firmware updates, seasonal schedule tweaks, blade and battery swaps, and a water-use report delivered each month. Or run it yourself — we'll hand off clean.

Pays for itself in the first Atlanta summer.

Common Questions

What homeowners actually ask before signing up.

Most Atlanta homeowners see 30–50% lower outdoor water use within the first full season. Weather-based controllers shut themselves off before storms and skip cycles during cool or wet weeks, which is where most overwatering actually happens. We'll measure your first season against your historical bill so the savings are real, not promised.

Yes — we retrofit existing landscapes without tearing up the lawn. We tie into your existing water source, add zone valves and a smart controller (Rachio or RainBird), and re-route drip lines to the new plant material. Most retrofits are wrapped up in a day, and the lawn recovers within a week.

Yes. Husqvarna Automower handles Bermuda and Zoysia cleanly — frequent light cuts actually improve turf density on both. The trick is layout: wire routed through bed lines and not across paver joints, so it disappears into the design rather than crossing the usable lawn. We've installed on Bermuda, Zoysia, and Fescue across Greater Atlanta.

Seasonal checks every month: controller firmware updates, drip line flushes, seasonal schedule adjustments, robotic mower blade and battery swaps, and a written water-usage report. We catch small issues before they show up as dead zones or a lawn that's gone patchy. You can cancel anytime — no contract.
