FAQ
The ones we get every day. No fluff.
Atlanta patios typically run $15,000–$30,000 for a basic 400–600 sq ft design using pavers or natural stone. Outdoor living rooms — with seating walls, pergola, built-in features — usually land in the $40,000–$100k range depending on scope. Every yard is different, which is why we do a free site walk before quoting anything.
Most projects take 4–10 weeks total: 1–2 weeks for design, 1–2 weeks for permitting if needed, then 1–4 weeks of installation depending on complexity. Simple patios can be done in a week. Full outdoor living rooms with water features or major grading take longer — we'll give you a real timeline in the proposal.
Not directly — we don't have an in-house financing program. What we do have are relationships with a few home improvement lenders who specialize in outdoor projects. We can share those options during your consultation so you can compare rates on your own terms.
The warranty covers craftsmanship and materials for all hardscaping and plant installation. If something fails under normal use — a paver settles unevenly, a joint cracks, a plant fails within the growing season — we come back and fix it at no charge. It doesn't cover damage from accidents, extreme weather events, or lack of basic maintenance.
We replace trees and shrubs that fail within the first 12 months at no cost to you. Larger specimen plants carry a 2-year replacement guarantee. Normal seasonal leaf drop or minor die-back from drought stress is not a warranty claim — but we'll always talk through what's happening and advise on care.
We work efficiently and clean up daily. A typical patio takes 3–5 days of active work. Larger projects with multiple phases run 1–2 weeks. We use dust barriers and tarps to protect your home, and a crew foreman is your point of contact throughout — you won't be guessing what's happening.
Yes. We manage the full approval process: HOA submissions and neighborhood committee reviews for visible projects, plus city permits for anything requiring an engineering sign-off (retaining walls over 4 ft, pools, major drainage work). Typical HOA approval in Atlanta takes 2–6 weeks depending on your neighborhood. We guide you through the timeline.
Yes — and we think it's the best investment most homeowners skip. We design the infrastructure for drip irrigation zones, master valve control, and optional smart controllers (Rachio, RainBird) into the landscape from the start, not retrofitted later. Robotic mower wire can be planned into paver layouts so it's invisible. These are add-on line items in the proposal, not afterthoughts.
